Artist Statement

Through the window,  the light and opening connect her inwardly, yet isolation is all she felt. The window gives and receives; the flow is two-directional depending on where she started. Windows to her soul are as if she is trying to find and say hello to an old friend, old only if she has not been in contact with it for a long time.
